This course covers the total of what students need to be taught in order for them to receive a Certificate of Merit.
At the end of the course, students will do a written and practical exam. Students need a total of 80% for practical and theory in order to pass their exam. Once they have passed, they are entitled to a Certificate of Merit recognised by Employers and Insurance providers.
Students will require completion of the Course theory booklet including all learning outcomes before sitting a theory exam. After the Theory exam is passed they can complete their first day of practical training with our fully trained tutor. This will be 6-8 hour practical class to obtain training using their own Kit. Bringing a model to work on is essential. Students will be expected to practise at home. Day 2 Practical Exam will be 4-6 hours and bringing a model to work on is essential. Practical exams include soak off, gel polish infills and a new set of gel polish application.
